
Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- First Line Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers on their day-to-day general enquiries, proactively identify opportunities to grow sales, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Bulk Order Management: Coordinate with internal functional teams to ensure accurate and prompt order fulfillment, manage customer expectations, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sample Request Management: Manage customer sample requests efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Own the process of customer complaint resolution, ensuring efficient, empathetic, and accurate handling of all complaints.
