- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and share best practices, insights, and product knowledge with customers.
- Manage cases efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong product expertise and provide training and ongoing support as required.
- Offer feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
- Handle inbound chats and emails professionally, resolving customer inquiries and requests.
- Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalate customer feedback as necessary.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Customer Success role, preferably within the Consulting and Transport Logistics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A strong team player ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing environments.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
