Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing business relations, and addressing client queries. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and liaising with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
