1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact between client and company.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns.
Maintain transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Project Coordination Support
Facilitate smooth communication between design, engineering, and execution teams.
Ensure client inputs are translated into feasible designs and site execution plans.
Track project progress and update clients regularly.
3. Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
Assist in lead generation, inquiries, and proposal follow-ups.
Maintain client databases (contact details, requirements, preferences).
Support the sales team in client presentations, quotations, and negotiations.
4. Customer Service & After-Sales
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings, BOQs, estimates, and documents.
Provide after-project service warranty, maintenance, and support.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of client meetings, agreements, change requests.
Prepare MIS reports on client interactions and satisfaction levels.
Track project billing status, payments, and contract compliance.
6. Brand & Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
Collect testimonials, references, and referrals from satisfied customers.
Support marketing by highlighting client success stories and case studies.
