As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the width and depth of distribution of Colgate Palmolive products in the given zone and implementing Customer Development strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives for the zone.

Key responsibilities include:

* Trade management: identifying new markets/accounts, adding specialty wholesalers, classifying stores in route lists, and advising SSMs to reduce non-purchasers.
* In-store management: prioritizing accounts for maximum impact through visibilities and ensuring coverage of top 2 outlets in every route.
* Market updates: securing and drawing insights from competitive information regarding new products, activities, schemes, and developments.
* Data-based working and communication: using data to drive overall business performance, setting objectives for market visits, reviewing sales associates and PSR performance, and reviewing stockiest performance.
* Developing and training: training and developing sales associates through required modes of training, mentoring and empowering sales associates to perform well, and acknowledging issues faced by sales associates in the field.
* Meetings: conducting effective monthly and weekly sales associates meetings.
* Reporting: compiling reports and information as per requirements communicated by AM.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of work experience in FMCG companies.
* Post Graduate in Business Administration.
