About You

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage professional with a proven track record of success in managing outlet operations. As Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant, you have demonstrated your ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your passion for delivering outstanding service, combined with your expertise in food and beverage management, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities

Operational:
  • Assist to ensure that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
  • Assist to ensure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.
  • Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
Administrative:
  • Assist to prepare and update the Departmental Operations Manuals.
  • Conduct regular departmental communications briefing and meetings in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
Financial:
  • Assist to maximise employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
  • Assist to improve productivity levels and prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
People:
  • Ensures the punctuality and appearance of all Food and Beverage employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department's grooming standards.
  • Assist to conduct annual Performance Development Discussions with employees and to support them in their professional development goals.
Marketing:
  • Assists to prepare a yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.
Other duties:
  • Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
