We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Specialist to work in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to production processes and incidents.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database administration.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell or Perl.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
