Job Title: Strategic Fundraising Leader

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Fundraising Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure significant funding for our mission-driven initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in major gifts, institutional fundraising, and donor engagement. They will be responsible for building relationships with high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other key stakeholders to secure financial support for our programs and services.

The Strategic Fundraising Leader will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a 3-year fundraising strategy with clear targets and metrics for success. They will also be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects, developing and executing fundraising plans, and ensuring effective communication and stewardship of donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Build relationships with high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and develop and execute fundraising plans
  • Ensure effective communication and stewardship of donors

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 8-10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a proven track record in major gifts and institutional fundraising
  • Experience working with high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other key stakeholders
