Strategic Leader

We seek a seasoned Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of our Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation initiative.

This key role will oversee cross-functional project teams, governing and planning execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management throughout the transformation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end program management of S2P digital transformation, overseeing additional engagement. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary point of contact between business (procurement, finance), IT, external vendors, and implementation partners. Facilitate regular program meetings, steering committees, and status reporting. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively. Maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols. Ensure adherence to program governance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Change Management Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests. Assist in managing transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience. PMP Certification preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME experience in Procurement Processes.
  • Understanding of integrations across systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in industries with complex supply chains, large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
