Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Associate to join our team. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing back-end operations of US Mortgage domain.

This role requires strong communication and critical thinking ability, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent command of the English language, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to work in a US shift time zone.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs
  • Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.)
  • Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.) as defined
Requirements
  • Arts and Science graduates
  • Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Excel Knowledge
  • Willing to work in US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
