Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for executing transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and following established procedures.

  • Broad Overview of the Client:
  • The client is a leading multinational investment bank and financial services company with a strong presence in Canada and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver on Day-to-Day Process Targets: Meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high-quality results.
  2. Client Shift Timings: Work according to provided client shift timings to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Governance Mechanism: Follow established governance mechanisms to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  4. Transaction Execution: Execute transactions efficiently and accurately within prescribed timelines and guidelines.

Technical Competencies:

  • MS Office Proficiency: Possess strong proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Business Aligned Shifts: Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts to meet customer needs.
  • Adaptability: Open to changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards.
  • Mortgage Knowledge: Possession of mortgage knowledge is an added advantage.

Work Experience, Education Qualification & Soft Skills:

  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ability to follow policies, procedures, and written instructions as well as verbal instructions or directions from supervisor.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or business management preferred based on business alignment.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of full-time work experience in BPO/BPM industry, especially mortgage domain experience is an added advantage.

Work Environment:
