Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Process Executive to join our team in the US Mortgage department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work as per provided client shift timings and follow established governance mechanisms.
  • Execute transactions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Ability to work in business-aligned shifts.
  • Openness to accepting changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards.
  • Mortgage knowledge is an added advantage.
