Senior Process Executive Position

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive to drive day-to-day process targets in meeting customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), working according to client shift timings, and adhering to established governance mechanisms.

  • Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs.
  • Work as per the provided client shift timings.
  • Fully comply with the governance mechanism established with the client.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in MS office applications, be willing to work in business-aligned shifts, and be open to accepting changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards. Mortgage knowledge is an added advantage.

Requirements include the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced changing environment, maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness, follow policies procedures and written instructions, maintain confidentiality, and hold a bachelor's degree in commerce business administration or business management.
