Job Title: Professional Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional property manager to join our team at a leading real estate company in Bengaluru. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of soft services including housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all activities related to soft services, including housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture.
  • Understand and resolve client concerns related to soft services using domain expertise.
  • Conduct daily rounds to identify cleaning needs and ensure rectification with support from other team members.
  • Create work plans, schedules, and assign cleaning/maintenance work to subordinate teams.
  • Brief and debrief staff on their duties, designated areas of work, and special instructions during shifts.
  • Establish and implement operational standards and procedures for departments supervised.
  • Maintain required records of inventory stock and order new equipment/supplies/furnishings as needed.
  • Prepare reports such as DMR, MMR, QBR, and other related reports at site.
  • Perform tasks such as estimating costs, preparing/managing budgets, planning, and making arrangements for change in beautification of certain areas.
  • Manage landscaping and gardening, vendor personnel for assigned units, vendor contracts, compliance, attendance, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining discipline at site with proper attire and etiquette.
  • Ensure employee growth through periodic trainings and skill enhancement.
  • Support employee relations issues, statutory compliances, develop/review/improve SOPs/processes/programs.
  • Prepared and implement various checklists at instructed frequency.

  • Being analytical and meticulous, paying attention to detail, and having excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Building, maintaining, supporting, and validating the performance of subordinate staff workings.
  • Applying knowledge of administration for program resources and staff, demonstrating ability to manage others, communicate effectively with internal/external customers, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in housekeeping/hospitality with minimum 7-8 years of work experience.
  • Good communication skills (English - oral/written).
  • Knowledge in functional area of soft services, adequate software exposure (MS Office, etc.).
