Job Title: Facility Executive-soft Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Executive-soft Services to lead our team in delivering exceptional soft services across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soft services management, with experience in overseeing reception, helpdesk, housekeeping, and cafeteria operations. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of these services, providing excellent customer service, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helpdesk Management: The successful candidate will oversee the Helpdesk work process, provide management advice to Helpdesk operators, and ensure that all FM-related issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
  • Reception: They will oversee the Reception and Front Office function, ensure visitors are promptly attended by the Front Office Executives, and take rounds of the front office and lobby to maintain high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.
  • Housekeeping Services Oversight: The candidate will assess the performance of HK vendors, coordinate meetings to resolve service issues, evaluate vendor performance, and conduct regular quality inspections of cleaning standards.
  • Cafeteria Services Management: They will ensure that caterers maintain the highest standards of hygiene, ensure the quality and quantity of food supplies meet requirements, and communicate with users to provide alternative solutions and appease them in food shortage scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in soft services management within corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of service quality management and customer experience principles.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and performance evaluation.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.

This position reports to the Facility Manager and works closely with clients, vendors, and the operations team to ensure exceptional soft services delivery.
