Job Title: Soft Services Manager

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the soft services operations at our property in Bangalore. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff responsible for soft services, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and help desk operations.

  • Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, including liaison with lessees and monitoring complaints.

  • Oversee maintenance of consumption registers, training of soft services staff, and coordination with service partners.

  • Evaluate vendors and manage the tendering process for contracts.

  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders regarding soft services.

  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Prepare cost estimates, track expenditure, and recommend cost-saving measures.

  • Ensure all soft services are delivered in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in housekeeping/hospitality with minimum 5-7 years of work experience.

  • Good communication skills (English - oral/written) are essential.

  • Knowledge in functional area of soft services is desirable.

  • Adequate software exposure like MS Office is required.
