Senior Soft Service Executive: Lead Maintenance and Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Soft Service Executive to take on a pivotal role within our operations. This position plays a critical part in ensuring all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and monitor the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain vendor compliance with agreed progress, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and adhere to all internal management systems for quality assurance, guaranteeing exceptional outcomes.
- E nsure all Critical Environment requirements are consistently met.
- Deliver superior customer service, exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of property operations, including maintenance and management strategies.
- Possess a degree in business or hotel and building management, complemented by three to five years of experience in facilities management.
- Showcase good working knowledge in occupational safety, applying best practices to prevent accidents.
- Aptitude in client-centric operations, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
