Senior Facility Operations Executive

This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the administration of regional operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong leadership style, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge of electrical equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage regional administrative activities and operations, defining scope and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members.
  • Collaborate with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals.
  • Direct reporting to the Zonal Administrative Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and monitoring key project activities.
  • Maintain zero incidents on exam days related to administrative services and standardize processes at all exam venues.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, establishing control and monitoring mechanisms for the Admin Team within the region.
  • Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to senior management as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-11 years of experience in facility management and administration.
  • A graduate or MBA degree.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
  • Experience in conflict management, vendor management, and crisis situation handling.
  • Good computer knowledge and analytical understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, and strong logical understanding.
