Facilities Operations Manager

This role is focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of property operations and be able to continuously improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize facilities needs and work with facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure smooth operations
- Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients
- Help mitigate risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures and handling crisis management and business continuity plans
- Monitor property budget and ensure adequate petty cash for operations
- Carry out routine service audits to maintain overall performance
- Strong knowledge of property operations and ability to continuously improve processes
- Good working knowledge in occupational safety
- Aptitude in client-centric operations
- Solid background in team management
- Proven track record in managing a team and rolling out improvement plans
