Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

This includes arranging regular preventative maintenance and repairs, scheduling cleaning services, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

The role also involves working closely with our security team, receptionists, and other staff members to ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.

Effective communication skills are essential, as the successful candidate will be required to work independently and communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards, as well as perform regular checks on our CCTV systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
