Purpose of Position: To Manage Plant admin functions and Building maintenance/ Handling of infrastructure development projects.

Job Responsibilities :-

- Allocate responsibilities and assess team performances
- Adhere to policies and regulations
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Manage Budget & Monitoring costs
- Overseeing building repair and plumbing maintenance activities
- Arrange and coordinating meetings and events
- Communication and leadership
- Follow up actual service system procedures to reach the operational metrics targets
- Strong computer skills, specifically MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Deal with the office stationery management, meeting room management, client reception
- Execute all soft services in line with management standards.
- Responsible for plant administrative soft services (security, housekeeping, transportation, and canteen management).
- Responsible for organizing event management and functions. Meet all managerial and legal standards.
- Responsibilities include managing office and building assets and maintaining positive relationships with internal CFT teams.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have Total Experience in years : 8+ Yrs

Graduation/ Degree : BSc or equivalent Post-Graduation

Required: nil Other preferred courses/ certifications: Good knowledge in admin functions
