Job Role Summary:

This position entails overseeing the Maintenance Department's operations and implementing comprehensive management of engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance activities for the facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing preventive maintenance planning, repair estimation, vendor performance monitoring, and safety inspections.

This role requires collaboration with the Operations Department to resolve technical issues related to equipment breakdowns, improve maintenance practices, and ensure smooth facility operations. Additionally, this position involves coordinating activities related to fuel and electricity management, spare part inventory, and facility compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preventive maintenance planning and execution
  • Supervision of electrical, mechanical, and firefighting equipment maintenance
  • Vendor performance monitoring and maintenance material management
  • Compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair activities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and complex written information
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and their application to maintenance
