As a Customer Support representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional online assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address client inquiries across various platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery and manage inventory for packaging materials
  • Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and oversee marketplace order dispatches and reimbursements
  • Engage with clients to understand feedback and enhance our services
  • Maintain smooth warehouse operations by managing multiple tasks simultaneously

While prior e-commerce experience is preferred, we welcome freshers who possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
