
Futures Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to establish, nurture and expand partnerships with brokerage firms in India. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, identifying and acquiring new brokers pan India and onboarding them to expand our network.
- This professional will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities and providing support to retail investors.
- The primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Negotiating terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Identifying and acquiring new brokers pan India and onboarding them to expand our network.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities and providing support to retail investors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
