Job Overview

We are a rapidly growing D2C/e-commerce company seeking a strategic partner to collaborate with our founder on all business aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional projects in technology, artificial intelligence, product development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Marketing & Growth Strategies: Work closely with marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Product Innovation: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Founder's Office Operations: Manage the founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel arrangements, and legal/financial documentation.
  • Execution & Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Shadow the founder, learn decision-making frameworks, and gradually take ownership of strategic responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a founder's office role with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong background (or keen interest) in technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, or product management with a passion for innovation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Hunger to grow into a leadership role (potential leadership track within 2 years) with a clear understanding of the importance of mentorship and professional development.
