Job Description:

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our Department, taking ownership of assigned duties and tasks, and ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. You will collaborate with your immediate report to ensure costs and inventory are controlled, productivity and performance levels are attained, and effective working relationships are built and maintained while promoting our company culture and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a BBA or MBA in Human Resources
  • Have a hands-on approach with a can-do work style
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
  • Strong communication skills
