Senior People Operations Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to oversee people operations. This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, manage payroll inputs, benefits, HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Foster employee engagement through initiatives, recognition, and company events to enhance morale and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
- Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
- Review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic organization.
