Key Role: Strategic HR Partner

  • Design and execute innovative initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance retention, and boost employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management with modern systems that encourage ownership and recognition.
  • Champion inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
  • Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and measurable impact.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR program effectiveness and improve outcomes.
  • Position the organization as a Great Place to Work through progressive, employee-centric practices.
  • Partner with managers to drive leadership development, career growth, and talent retention strategies.
  • Introduce modern HR practices, policies, and frameworks that reflect thought leadership and premium standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth, product-focused organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and employee advocacy with a people-first mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of performance management, recognition systems, and HR analytics.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience in goal & milestone management, including championing SMART-based frameworks for alignment and performance.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
