Human Resources Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives that align with our mission and goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, training and development, engagement initiatives, and HR analytics.

You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies, policies, and programs with our mission and educational goals.
  2. Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure we have qualified staff.
  3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure we adhere to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and educational industry standards.
  5. Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans.
  6. Training and Development: Support the identification of training needs and partner with our L&D team to implement programs for faculty and staff.
  7. Engagement Initiatives: Drive programs and initiatives that foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce within our school environment.
  8. HR Analytics: Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  9. Change Management: Assist with implementing new processes and technologies, helping staff adapt to organizational changes.
Requirements:
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and link HR initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with leadership, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Employment Law: Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, especially those pertinent to the education sector.
  • Integrity and Confidentiality: Professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and issues.
