Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

About the Role:
Arogyam Cancer & Superspeciality Hospital is looking for a skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time on-site role located in Godhra.

Daily Responsibilities:
The Senior HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee benefits and payroll, and ensure a positive work environment. Strategic planning, workforce development, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
  • Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage
