Senior Vice President / Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer to oversee our in-house manufacturing facilities, catering to top USA and European Brands.

This key leadership role requires an individual with 28-33 years of experience, expertise in woven textiles, and knowledge of IE/Planning and LEAN Manufacturing concepts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business acumen, communication skills, and presentation abilities.

  • Manage all manufacturing activities, including on-time shipments, quality control, efficiency, and people management
  • Oversee approximately 6000 machines capacity as a Production Control Head (PCH)
  • Report directly to the Director

This role involves driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet customer demands
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
