Strategic HR Professional

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR leader to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll administration, compliance management, and employee benefits.
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Support business growth through employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage performance review processes and collaborate with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
