Job Title: User Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven User Acquisition Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks and platforms. They will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various ad networks and platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Create and manage audience strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting cohorts.
  • Design and execute re-engagement campaigns for churned or low-activity users.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and ASA.
  • Strong working knowledge of MMPs, including event setup and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition KPIs, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns and leverage MMP + platform data for targeting and predictive analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
