Hybrid Casual Game Designer Job

We are seeking a skilled Game Designer to create engaging, globally loved mobile games in the hybrid casual and puzzle genres.

  • This role involves conceptualizing and designing original game ideas that can become global hits.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative mechanics and levels for hybrid casual/hypercasual audiences.
  2. Collaborate with the artistic team to craft seamless gameplay experiences.
  3. Optimize game economies to drive fun and monetization.
  4. Strategize creative ads and marketable hooks.
  5. Analyze industry trends and refine designs based on player feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred).
  • Demonstrated ideation and conceptualization skills.
  • Possession of a passion for creating addictive, fun, player-first experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving creativity and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Unity knowledge is a plus, as well as experience in puzzle design and color theory.
