Lead Growth Strategist

Job Description:

We're building AI to enhance traders' decision-making abilities through natural conversation. To fuel this, we need someone to spearhead user acquisition and community development efforts.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for driving user growth from initial contact to active usage. This entails being present in traders' spaces, cultivating genuine relationships, and creating a community around our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish presence in trading communities – Become an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Promote user acquisition – Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and demos
  • Develop partnerships – Build relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Personalized onboarding – Ensure new users comprehend and actively use the product
  • Community creation – Develop and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Growth experimentation – Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works
  • Metric ownership – Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trading acumen – You understand or can quickly grasp trading basics and trader mindset
  • Community-centric – You're comfortable and active in online communities
  • Resilience – You handle rejection professionally and persist
  • Action-oriented – You test ideas quickly rather than over-planning
  • Data-driven – You track metrics and make decisions based on data
  • Strong communication – You can explain technical products simply

Essential Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members)
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement
  • Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
  • Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics
