Role Overview

As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by driving strategy, growth, and finance. You'll work closely with the founding team to build long-term vision, unlock capital, and design scalable business models that can transform intra-city living in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business roadmaps, competitive positioning, and market expansion strategies.
  • Build partnerships, accelerate user acquisition, and scale revenue streams.
  • Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning efforts.
  • Be hands-on with decision-making and guide the company alongside the founder.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in investments, strategy consulting, or growth leadership roles.
  • A strong network in the VC, PE, or startup ecosystem.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – ability to build from scratch and take ownership.
  • A passion for solving real urban problems and scaling businesses that impact millions.
