
Technical IT Support Professional

Sithafal Technologies seeks a skilled IT support specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:- System & User Support:
- • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls (Active Directory, Intune, O365).
- • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
- Networking & Infrastructure:
- • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
- • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
- • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
- Server & Application Support:
- • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
- • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
- • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
- Cloud & Security:
- • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
- • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, boards).
- • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.
- • Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers.
- • Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and international standards.
- • Assist with internal and external IT audits.
- Technical Expertise:
- • Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.
- • Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- • Hands-on with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint).
- • Experience in backup solutions (Veeam).
- • Familiarity with SQL Server management.
- • Proficient in Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
- Networking & Security:
- • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
- • Understanding of VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs.
- • Knowledge of CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
A customer-first mindset with proactive support approach is essential for this role.
Preferred Certifications:- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (bonus)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+
- ITIL Foundation (optional but a plus)
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
