Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating a positive and productive work environment, driving overall human resources and administrative functions.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing and onboarding programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Design and conduct orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain performance management processes, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on HR-related matters as needed.
  • Supervise administrative staff, overseeing office facilities and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
