About the role

We're looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations within a fast-moving, digitally inclined environment. This is a true HR generalist role—managing hiring, payroll, compliance, and ensuring adherence to internal policies—all while blending seamlessly into the creative agency culture.

CTC - 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding for roles across functions in advertising agency.

Payroll & Compensation: Process payroll accurately and on time, manage salary structures, compliance with statutory deductions, and TDS.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure employee files are maintained per statutory norms (PF, ESI, leaves), update HR records, and support audit readiness.

Policy Enforcement: Oversee adherence to internal policies such as attendance, punctuality, leave processes; proactively address policy deviations -

Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, maintain smooth communication, and support a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

2 years of experience in a similar HR Executive / HR Generalist role- in advertising agency.

Prior exposure to a digital marketing agency or IT/Digital services environment is preferred.

Good understanding of HR operations—including recruitment, payroll, and documentation.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.

Hands-on with HR tools or systems (e.g., HRIS, attendance software, payroll tools).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and team-driven culture.
