  • - Identify training and development needs for employees, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.">
  • - Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.">
  • - Provide guidance on HR-related matters to support business objectives.">
  • - Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance to create a productive and efficient work environment.">
  • - Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.">

Qualifications:

  • - 3-6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in talent acquisition and employee relations.">
  • - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including employment law and benefits administration.">
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.">
  • - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.">
