Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:

Foster a positive and productive work environment by driving human resources and administrative functions as an HR Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Design and deliver engaging orientation programs for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead employee relations and foster a positive working environment through open communication and conflict resolution.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive growth and development.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and provide tailored support.
  • Develop, update, and communicate comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters to support business objectives.
  • Oversee office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, to optimize efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, promoting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
