Job Title: Technical Services Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies for product penetration, and create project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organizations, project management consultants, and design architects
  • Relationship building with government organizations, project management consultants, and design architects
  • Creation of project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects
  • Identification of prospective clients, mapping their requirements, and conducting technical presentations for new customer acquisitions
  • Development of strategies for product penetration and market expansion
  • Promotion and inclusion of blended cement in key projects
  • Creation of opportunities for high-contribution products in key projects
  • Providing solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs
  • Conducting mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects
  • Product approvals at major project sites through trials at site and at third-party labs
  • Resolution and retention of customers through optimization of concrete trials
  • Resolution of quality complaints

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma/BE/B.Tech)
  • Experience in sales or technical services in the construction chemicals industry
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including knowledge of products, technologies, and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders
