Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Wealth Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager/Chief Manager to join our wealth management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to clients based on their requirements, building a strong client base, and increasing assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements.
  • Conduct timely and regular follow-up with leads and tag them on broadcasts and news articles.
  • Increase client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors, and building AUM.
  • Initiate portfolio review of existing investors in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors and keep them updated on primary and secondary market trends.
  • Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc.
  • Conduct regular marketing activities in coordination with the regional marketing team and product team.

Must-Haves:

  1. Excellent socializing and relation-building skills.
  2. Excellent communicating and listening skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  3. Confident individual who can conduct and present themselves well in front of clients.
  4. Able to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and have strong logical and numerical abilities.
  5. Ability to deal with stress and follow procedures, with good emotional stability and conscientiousness when achieving targets.
  6. Identify opportunities for greater profit.
  7. Follow guidelines and compliance needs, closely monitored, and responsive to documentation requests.

Desired Candidate Profiles:

  • Candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of requisite certifications is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to all wealth instruments, including insurance, FD, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  • Proven track record of AUM generation.
  • Minimum AUM size of 30 cr.
