Position: LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive
Location: Chennai / Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients, especially SMEs in the US, Australia, and Europe. The role focuses on leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to generate qualified leads for our services, including outsourcing, bookkeeping (QuickBooks/Xero), IT services on emerging technologies – AI/ML, Automation, Cyber Security, Cloud etc, and Global Capability Center (GCC) setups.
Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to research and build prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Managers, Founders, etc.) across target geographies.
- Send personalized connection requests, introduction messages, and follow-ups to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by understanding business requirements and pass them to the Sales/BD team.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and lead status in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
- Provide weekly performance reports on outreach, responses, and lead pipeline.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn outreach strategies, tools, and compliance best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail campaigns, and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, Phantombuster, etc.) while ensuring LinkedIn compliance.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify the right ICPs.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B prospecting, or inside sales.
- Experience in outsourcing, bookkeeping, IT services, SaaS, or BPO industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Employment Options
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, fixed monthly salary + incentives.
- Part-Time: 10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule + performance-based incentives.

Salary / Compensation
For full time (8nhours)
Fixed - Rs. 1,50,000/- to Rs.2,15,000/- per annum depending on the relevant experience
Variable Project wise – 8% on the first monthly billing depending on the terms of billing to the end customer.
For Parttime:
Proportionately based on the number of hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
