Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Verification Executive located in Chennai. The Lead Verification Executive will be responsible for verifying leads, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily phone calls to verify service requests, updating the CRM system with verified information, and ensuring that all leads meet the quality standards set by the company. The executive will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate communication of verified leads to service professionals.

Qualifications
knowing Telugu and Hindi is must

  • Proficiency in verifying leads and ensuring data accuracy
  • Experience in customer service and maintaining customer records
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration or related field
