Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects across global markets. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills to ensure timely project delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of translating business objectives into actionable operational plans. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to navigate complex situations with a positive attitude.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment as an outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will manage key project metrics (effort, timeline, quality), oversee budgets and scope to prevent deviations, and ensure transparent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring timely updates and transparent communication.
  • Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
