Executive Director Role

We are seeking an accomplished business leader to spearhead the strategic development and execution of our online business. As Executive Director, you will drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development while monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize brand initiatives and drive revenue growth.\r
  • Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs, and business performance according to company requirements.\r
  • Create product and price mix recommendations for the merchandising team.\r
  • Oversee advertising and promotional strategy and activities.\r
  • Manage costs and overheads, ensuring profitable business performance.\r
  • Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary.\r
  • Review overall performance on KPIs – performance, merchandising, audit scores, and manpower.\r

Brand Leadership: Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

\r

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

\r

Team Management: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.\r
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.\r
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, affiliate & email marketing and SEO/SEM.\r
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.\r
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.\r
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.\r
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\r
