Oncology Business Development Representative

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in oncology to lead our sales efforts in this region. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- BUILD strong relationships with key customers, including oncologists, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oncology segment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
Astellas Pharma offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
