Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to promote our oncology products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and stakeholders;
- Providing product training and support to customers and internal teams;
- Collecting and analyzing market data to inform sales strategies;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy;
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oncology or solid tumor segment;
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently meeting business objectives;
- Demonstrated domain knowledge proficiency in cancer or relevant disease areas;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
Salary: ₹950,000 - ₹1,150,000
