Guest Relations and Hospitality Role

This role involves managing guest relations and hospitality functions, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. As a key member of the team, you will handle inquiries and requests from internal departments and supervise guest relation operations.

  • Manage guest relations within the centre, driving operational excellence for hospitality and event coordination.
  • Support in organizing customer-centric programs, executing training sessions to enhance customer experience and employee skills.
  • Responsible for managing expatriates, greeting and meeting them, providing orientation, and supporting relocation processes.
  • Participate in initiatives to explore new ways of managing guest relations, enhancing employee experience, improving efficiency, productivity, safety, and optimizing costs.
  • Support in managing relationships with stakeholders, customers, vendors, industry peers, and global contacts, maintaining a positive relationship with team members and colleagues.
  • Coordinate events such as town halls, leadership visits, partner conferences, strategic off-sites, and global integration events held in India.
  • Monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes, reviewing and updating written SOPs, instructions, and manuals.
  • Participate in developing and administering the guest relations and hospitality operating budget.
  • Handle customer escalations efficiently, creating a continual improvement process, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Actively participate in professional forums and events, gaining new market insights, maintaining awareness of evolving industry trends and developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisation, time management, prioritising, and ability to handle complex workloads.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, excellent public relations, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Be a well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Organise, implement, and direct facility maintenance operations and activities.
  • Develop and recommend systems and procedures related to assigned operations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong decision-making ability, and ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
